Presence
The art of slowing down enough to notice the subtleties all around. The importance of beginning right where we are, with what already is, without looking away or evading. This paired with the power of our breath, awakens the senses and expands our capacity to perceive and let in the magic that lives within the mundane.
Reverence
To let the heart burst open in gratitude. The kind of medicine that frees the mind from the shackles of individualism and competition to return to an ecosystem that humbles and holds us while reminding each of us of our shared sacredness.
Beauty
Beauty is a matter perception, an alchemical process of turning hardship into creative musing that grants us many blessings if we dare to engage lovingly. The light, the shadows, the exiled and the wounded are all worthy of acknowledgement and appreciation. All without exception serve a role in the great tapestry of life in its wholeness.
Surrender
The courage to discern when we are called to action from a place of mental clarity and planning and when the invitation is to honor and trust blindfolded the guidance of the Great Mystery. A dance with faith and knowing that leads us straight to a most miraculous life.
Integrity
The ability to be in coherence with oneself by reclaiming one by one the many aspects of the psyche. With compassionate curiosity, no part is left out. This in turn creates internal trust instead of dissociation and fragmentation. The voice of truth becomes clearer than ever, and all our relations respond to this state of integrity.
